We will normally dispatch your order within 48 hours although at busy times this can increase. Customers are requested to allow 10 business days for delivery within UK. We use Royal Mail Second Class as standard, please get in touch before you order if you would like to upgrade to another service.
You must inform us if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
For orders outside the UK, our standard Royal Mail Airmail shipping does not include insurance. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged orders sent using this method. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to a tracked and insured service, please call or email.
These orders are expected to reach their destination within 5 to 12 working days. However, we ask you to allow up to 20 working days from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within this time, please contact us.
